In the course of doing business with Q Real Estate, you share personal and financial information with us. We treat this information as confidential and recognize the importance of protecting access to it.

You may provide this information when communicating or transacting with us in writing, electronically, or by phone. Such information may come from applications, requests for forms or literature, or your transactions with us. On occasion, such information may come from consumer reporting agencies and those providing services to us.

We want you to know that we do not sell information about our current or former customers to any third parties. We do not disclose our client information to third parties unless it is necessary to process a transaction for you, or to service your account. We may be required by you or the law to share information under certain circumstances. We may share information within Q Real Estate the family of companies in the course of providing or offering products and services that best meet your needs or requests. We may also share information with companies that perform administrative or marketing services for us like mailing out holiday cards or market information that we feel may be useful to you. However, when we enter into such a relationship, our contracts restrict those companies from using our customer information. We prohibit them from sharing or using it for any purposes other than those for which they were hired.

Within Q Real Estate, access to such information is limited to those who need it to perform their jobs, such as servicing your accounts, resolving problems, or informing you of new products or services. Finally, our Code of Ethics, which applies to everyone in Q Real Estate, restricts the use of customer information and requires that it be held in strict confidence.
